Dear Friends,

The Medical Smart Chart program is closed due to lack of funds. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. However, with the limited resources we have and because we wish to be good stewards of our limited resources, we have made a strategic decision to focus on the two pillars of our mission statement – education and research.

In keeping with those goals, we will be adding new segments, new information and new features to the website.
